Default 1/2 ton to 1 ton

i have a 1990 k5 blazer 350 4x4 1/2 ton

i want to put a 6in lift on but later on i want to change the motor to big block can i put a 3/4 ton or a 1ton lift kit under it with no big prob

the lift kit really wont affect changing the motor other then it being alot taller and more of a pain to put in. i changed the motor on a k5 with a 6 inch lift using a normal cherry picker. i had to take the tires off the truck, drop it down on its front axle and the engine oil pan just skins the core support going in.
