Default 1 ton idler arm bracket upgrade?

hey guys im needing to know this mod and how to do it my self. i keep blowing out factory idler arms from trail riding and its getting to the point where i need to do the 1 ton idler arm upgrade. if someone can direct me or give me pics how they made the bracket that would be greatful. measurments will help as well

Check out jamaroon's build thread for some ideas he built one for his Z. Either that or it was Blaz but regardless I believe they built it together lol!

It was for mine, but yeah we built it together.

No easy way to get measurements that would be useful and to be honest, I probably wouldn't give them out anyway out of respect for the guy that did all the development. It's not that hard to figure out, and if you can't then you're probably better off buying it.

How about Moog ,or any other brand that has lifetime warranty

Lifetime huh. Its pretty hard to find any information on what they warranty other than manufacturers defects.
I just replaced my Moog Problem solver idler arm and pitman arm. They didn't last a lifetime or my lower ***** joints. Yes I did regularly grease them.

moog isnt what they used to be i wear out moog products all the time even the idler arm which im replacing for the 6th time. hence why im doing the 1 ton idler arm upgrade. i decided to purchase the synergy bracket and use it to make my friend one. im gonna use moog idler arm adaptor and a cheap idler arm

ya that's a lot of times for replacement
