Default 2000 Bravada front suspension/steering issue

I posted on this awhile back, and have replaced alot, with no results, Please help. I have a 2000 Olds Bravada AWD, when I hit any sort of bump, I get a fast knocking sound like something is loose. When I turn left it sometimes gives me a single hard knock. These noises (which you can also kind of feel) are coming from the front left. I have replaced the upper and lower ball joints, the lower had a busted boot, but I decided to do both just in case while it was apart. After that did not work, I replaced the CV Axle. Next I replaced the sway bar end links on both sides, and last I just replaced the tie rod ends (inner and outer). I jacked up that side, and tried to shake the tire, and got next to nothing, I also tried to shake all the components I could put my hands on, the only thing i got any movement on, was the upper control arm bushings, and that wasnt much, while using a tire tool. I read a post where someone said to lift both front tires off the ground, is that needed, or is what I done enough? I also have pushed down on both sides of the front end, and the shock/struts seem ok. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I now have both tires off the ground, with jackstands under the frame, there is no movement from top to bottom, but a good deal of movement side to side

Also, the check AWD light has been on, it goes off then back on from time to time, and with both tires off the ground, I was laying under the truck, and I turn the wheel a little ways and then it clunks, could this be something in the differential? If so, would dropping the front shaft on an AWD hurt anything, and would that stop it from clunking? I dont have to have AWD right now, and I dont know if I can afford to replace the differential, of if I can, never done that before. I know on my old Jeep I used to have, I dropped the front shaft, when it screwed up, and drove it forever like that.
