Default 2000 chevy blazer lt

Whenever i turn i hear a slight geinding sound. It doesnt do it unless im moving and i only hear it on drvers side. Any ideas. And is it safe ro drive

No it is not safe! Take the wheel off and look.

most likely its your hub/wheel bearing
