i have a 2001 2door 4x4 and i went to go use my 4x4. and when i put it in 4low it will make a licking noise and sound like it is engaged but the light will bling and my front wheels wont spin when im getting stuck. and if i shift to 4hight or auto 4x4 it will just blink and sound like its engaging. i need some help trying to figure out my problem i dont know much about it and i could use the help

try disconnecting you'r battery for a half hour, it could be that the tccm is confused. and pulling all power will try to reset the tccm. i had a problem where i could go into 4low but 4hi wouldnt work. tried it and worked out for me just needs to be refreshed.
