4wd not working.
2002 Jimmy with the 3 button 4X4
Ok...ive been reading everything I could find on this, and im stumped!
No lights flash the the ignition is on. The lights on the dash work fine, I put it in 4x4hi light goes there and stays on. I hear the click from the passenger side, and the t-case clicking into 4hi. But the front wheels dont spin. pulled the hose off the actuator, and it seems to move. Now there seems to be a constant vacuum on it. I dont usedrstand what else could be wrong.
Here is the hoses thats under the hood. I traced them back as best as I could. The one I labelled that goes to the actuator, goes behind the engine but when i pulled on it, the hose to the actuator moved.

ok... I replaced the T-case vacuum switch. The ball was stuck on the old one.... But now it will only go into 4wd when the rear wheels are spinning and I push 4wd. There is a little grind then it goes into 4wd. No matter what else I do it wont go into 4wd. and still no codes regarding 4wd. Should I replace the actuator, or does anyone think its the motors going???
