Default 4wd trouble

i have a 94 blazer. i noticed the front end wasnt engaging when i put it in 4wd. i replaced all the vacuum lines to the transfer case. the 4wd was working fine. few hours later i tried it again, 4hi light was just blinking and wouldnt engage. 4lo would engage but after a few minutes would slip into 4hi. when in 4hi only the orange light is lit. when in 4lo both the green and orange are lit. when i tried it first 4 hi had just the green and 4lo had just the orange. how should this be lit up? and what may be causing this too change and slip out of 4lo?

The TCCM might be messing up. Check the connections to see if they are corroded or have gunk in them.

The TCCM is behind the glove box. You need to take off the kick panel on the passenger side to access it.

I am having problems with my 4wd too. Hope you have better luck than me.
