4WD trouble C0315 code
#12
I was having the same problem you are. I had to use my 4wd when we had some snow the other week and after that I couldn't get it out of 4wd. Somebody told me to just disconnect the battery for several minutes which I did and when I reconnected it I was able to disengage the 4 wd and it's been ok since.

So I realized I did something that drives me nuts. I didn't come back and post a final result to close out the forum and help others diagnose their blazer problems. So here goes, I put in a new TCCM and re-installed everything, greasing connectors, carefully snapping the plastic panels on etc. Turned the truck on and everything works great. No service light, 4-wheel drive switch lights were on again, and it shifts like a dream; which is wonderful because here in Minnesnowda it can be tough not having 4-wheel drive.
