4wheel low problem

4wheel low problem
have a 85 s10 blazer 4x4 i can shift from 2wheel to 4hi no problem but it wont go to neutral or 4low i have put the tranny in neutral and the button on the floor shift lever goes down when you push it but it wont go to neutral or 4low any help would be apperciated
