Default 4x4 not working

hi everybody i have 1999 blazer w/ 4 button switch. I hear the TCM Switch at start up and when i push the button 4 auto, 4 hi, or 4 lo. I can also hear the fron axle click in but the switch just flashes. I checked the acutulator under the battery tray and it seems to have vacuum. I dont know what else tyo check cause i cant afford to take it somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: 4x4 not working

Given that you have the Auto4wd system, you have your work cut out for you. You can test the switch in the dash by following the information in THIS POST. RSGear.com has a few articles on the NV246 which is the big brother to the NV236 which is used in your truck. And there are many other active threads which you can read through and try to pull appropriate trouble shooting steps from.
