Default 4x4 not working

So we had about a foot of snow today and wanted to test out the 4x4 (havent had a chance to try it out yet) So me and another fourm member (86Blazer4x4) head up to a school, put it in 4 hi and do some drifting. He does a few good ones then I get behind the wheel and do one and get somewhat stuck. Go to get out and only the back tires are spining, the fronts are just sitting there, relaxing, being lazy. But anyway, on the 4x4 selector is working fine but its just not shifting in. Any ideas on what to check? Also heres a video of me getting stuck

Check to make sure the actuator cable is not frozen,

checking to make the actuator is not broken,

check the vaccum is holding from the switch on the transfer case,

make sure all your vac lines are hooked up,

if everything else is fine then your vac switch on the transfer case might of failed. when you do the selector do you hear a click noise from the passenger kick panel?
