4x4 problem

4x4 problem
BLAZER from 1999, transfer case 236 C.
When I will switch drive on 4x4 and two Tires I bring up the Same side that driver Nothing happens, when i press brake I hear Bad voices form transfer case. When I ride after street in car Without 4x4 Nothing happens, when i put 4x4 I hear Bad voices
form transfer cas.
