78 full size Blazer

Hey Guys,
As a new member I was curios to know if you could help me out. Just purchased a 78 Blazer and been thinking about going dually. Could anyone tell me what it takes to do that conversion.

dually axle 4 rims and tires, heavier springs, and fender flairs i would think. dont be going crazy towing with it though, its still a 1/2 frame
