Default ABS falsely activating after changing speed sensor

I’ve had issues with the ABS for a while. Prior to now I replaced the passenger side sensor and removed all shims. After I did that the ABS light would come on after 15mph. Yesterday I replaced the passenger sensor again because I discovered the wires were showing. After I did that the ABS light stayed on, even when below 15mph. Today I replaced the drivers side sensor and the ABS light does not turn on at all however at 5mph+ if I hit the brakes it will pulsate and I can hear the hum of the ABS. The car will pull heavily to the right when it does that. For now I have removed the ABS fuse.

I have seen on other posts that people have had this issue but only below 5mph. My issue is opposite, it is any speed above 5mph. Neither sensors have any shims and I have also cleaned the mounting spot on the hub.

I have discovered that inside the driver side sensor mounting hole there is leftover grease on the tone ring…. could this be causing the problem?

Added 1 shim to the sensor because it was rubbing the tone ring on drivers side and it continued to engage ABS above 5mph. Also, above 5mph even when not on either pedal you can still hear a faint buzzing sound coming from the drivers side. I took it apart and added an additional shim to the drivers side and it continued to do the same thing. It still pulls heavily to the drivers side while doing it so I am almost certain it is the problem side.

I used a multimeter to test both the connection and the sensor and they had normal readings. The sensor had a reading of 1100 ohms. It had a reading of .2-.6 Volts when I spun the hub slowly. The connector had a resistance of 2.866 Ohms. Any suggestions, perhaps another shim?

Added a 3rd shim today and it never pulsated but ABS light came on at 15mph. I will read the code tomorrow, any suggestions?

I got up to 15mph to get the light to come on and then came back and parked with car running. My friend ran his scan tool and this is what was reported.

I ordered 2 new A-Premium ABS sensors and installed them on each side of the front with 1 shim on each. The abs activation persists. I made sure they were not rubbing tone ring. Perhaps I need two shims each?

Took apart drivers side and chiseled down the mounting surface on the hub. I tested the voltage and it was 4-5 Volts AC when spun by hand. The truck still does its pulsating above 5mph but it does not distinctively pull towards the left like it did before. I will try and do the same thing to the passenger side and see what that accomplishes.

I took apart the passenger side and the tone ring in the hub was missing three teeth. I had a new hub sitting in the garage so I installed that. The problem is somewhat solved yet not. If I go from a stop at hit the brakes at around 10mph the brakes will not pulsate. However if I get up to 20+mph and slow down the brakes will pulsate from when I hit 15mph all the way until I hit 5mph then it will stop. If I am in the middle of it pulsating lets say at 15mph and I let off of the brake and get back on it, it will not pulsate at all until I of course reach 20mph and slow down. Perhaps I should have used the abs sensor that came with the hub? I kept the “new” one that I already had installed with the old one and one shim. I noticed when I had no shim on the sensor it would still not rub the tone ring. So perhaps the sensor that came with the hub is longer so I must use that one?
