Default ABS issues

So I have 97 jimmy slt and the abs light has been on since I've owned it. Only recently has the light gone off and been replaced By the check engine light. Coinciding with the check engine light it now feels like im driving with the parking break on or with the breaks slightly depressed.

Id take it into be scanned, most auto parts stores do it for free. The abs light means there is a malfunction and is typical in gm vehicles that see alot of salt and rust, the abs sensor connections get corroded and throw false codes. It could also mean you have a bad abs sensor. My light was on for 2 years after the front right hub was replaced, the shop said my ABS module was bad, had to replace that same bearing 2 weeks ago and my light has been off since....they put a hub in with a bad sensor..
