Default ABS question

hope this is the right place for a brake problem... my 95 LT brake pedal hangs/sticks, then goes down too far, but only after traveling at or above 55/60 for a while. it feels like the plunger/piston/actuator (whatever goes through the firewall) gets dry, or sticks to the boot or something. any ideas anywhere? thanks in advance....

If its happening at below 5mph and you feel the abs activating it is likely an abs wheel sensor.

does the abs dash light come on when it happens ?

I had a Lumina APV and just as you came to a stop the ABS would pulse and the pedal would drop
Scrared the crap out of me because I would nearly rear end cars in traffic
I pull the ABS relay , it put the light on at all times and I had no ABS but no more scares
Eventually a several wheel bearings failed and they included the wheel sensor for replacement
The phantom abs issue was gone when I put the relay back

Hewybo. I would start looking into a master cylinder. Also there is only fluid lines connecting the master cyl. To the ABS pump.
There may be also an issue with the vacuum
Assist that the master cylinder is attached to.
Thats where I would start.
