Default Anyone know how to replace the lower control arm bushings? make them stop squeaking?

Mine are doing nothing but squeak like crazy and i mean crazy to the point you can hear it over the radio and was wondering if there is anything I can do to make them stop or how to replace them. I spray pb blaster in there and they stop for a few minutes and then start to squeak again. Any suggestions of know how? Thank you

In order to replace my leaf spring bushings, and not having access to a press, I used a hole saw and cut, then removed the rubber and center sleeve.
