Default Best type of shocks

Hello im looking to replace all my shocks on my 04 blazer 4wd. Im looking for a decent shock priced around 40 dollars or so. I would like a shock that is good for mostly on road use and some off road use. I have been looking at monroe or kyb and there are so many to pick from. If someone could help me pick out a good set that would be great thanks!

Everybody is going to have their own opinion on this - that being said - I run Monroe Matics, ride isn't bad, they are priced about what you want to spend and as long as you hang on to the receipt they have a life time warranty
