I'm having this same problem with my 15x8 4" BS wheels and 31x10.5 tires, unfortunaty the only way i think it can be fixed is to make the bump stops come down further somehow, or trim the fenders way up. Stiffer shocks will certainly help however, i have my T-bars cranked but my gas-matic cheapo shocks are garbage and already need replacing after a year.

All I'm really looking for is a way to help the problem, I may not be able to completely stop it from happening, but if I can even reduce the risk of it happening by 50%, that'd be more than enough reason for me to give it a shot. I'm thinking of getting a body lift and 31x10.5x15 eventually, so I would assume i'll end up having the same issue since the distance made by the body lift would be filled by the extra size of the tire.

New Shocks will def help the veh to ride better, make sure the rest of the front end is ok also. I`m just trying to say depending on the size of a dip in the road, you`ll prob still hit your fenders due to your rims being out further, shocks dont help that drastically.
EDIT:
And, they do have adjustable coil overs that can lift/lower your ride height. I have a non adjustable coil over made by sensa-trac called load adjusting shocks, and my rear is about 2" higher than the front.

It just makes me nervous when I hear the tire hit. I've never had it happen while offroading, just while I'm driving down the road and hit a good sized dip. A couple of my side lugs are missing some decent sized chunks because my fender lip got pulled down. Looks like shocks and bumps stops are in my future, probably not in that order though haha.

Also Coilovers and or air shocks compared to normal shocks are totally different. Im getting coilovers to help with weight in the rear and air shocks will do the same thing along with raise it due to the lower or higher psi you can put in them but normal shocks will not raise or lower your truck/car. They are used to help stop rebound and increase drive ability, as said air bags coilovers and air shocks are totally different things

What's the best way to roll the fender then? After we went wheeling the day that happened i just took a hammer and bent it back into place. I don't really want to take a hammer to the whole lip to bend it upwards!

I had to role my fenders in too. I hit a bump and my fender took a good chunk out of one of my tires. I was lucky it didn't leak

How did you roll the lip?

maybe look into doing a body lift if you havent already Body lifts arent very expensive and not very hard to install and will give you a few extra inches of body clearance
