Default brake issues on s10 (93 4 door LT)

finally got it started again and I have to say there Is some definite issues from it sitting for a year.the brakes have gotten much worse but somehow better?1. the pedal essentially does nothing until it hits the floor with the booster functional. as soon as it's unhooked or clamped off I have decent front brakes (rears aren't exactly installed minus wheel cylinders.)2. 0 fluid loss despite nothing to hold back any loss from my rears being very incorrect. brake light is on but that occurred a year prior after unplugged the abs module power wire and let it do its thing. upon a power cycle of the truck that light turned off.3. the fronts are somewhat always on so if I throw the truck in neutral even pointed downhill it will meander stop slowly. might just be a little stuck instead of a symptom though.4. pressing the brakes with the booster connected does not cause the engine to run any different. neither does removing it from the engine vaccum (by clamping the line) I think it's starting to look like the master cylinder is bad. I was able to get fluid from all 4 wheels with the booster disconnected (vaccum line) so maybe it's actually jut fine and it is that abs unit and there's nothing actually wrong.only reason I suspect the abs is it has thrown a code before (wheel sensor I think?) and it has never once stopped a full lockup even in ideal conditions (that goes for both the white s10 and this blue one. a note I just thought of relating to the white one is it's brakes have always been much much touchier and have always locked up with ease while the blue one has always been more of a hard stop will cause issues kind of truck)any suggestions are appreciated before I start replacing everything but the abs unit and front calipers in a week or 2
