Red face dana 30 axel swap

I did a front end swap with a 5 inch lift.. The axel is from a jeep cherokee..
my blazer is a 89..
my brakes are going all the way to the floor before i can stop I have bled them a MILLION times.. What could it be im going crazy here

Bad brake hose, line kinked, leak somewhere, bad caliber, bad wheel cylinder, bad master cylinder, or still air in the lines.

Anything from the petal to the wheels could be bad.

What was the exact way you bled the brakes? Not saying anything about you but I've see many people do it completely wrong. Is the fluid in the master still clear or is it cloudy brown.

did the M/C go dry during the swap? you might need to bench bleed it or can try doing it in the truck still
