Default Drive train switches off

Hi

I bought a 2000 Blazer LT recently. Currently the vehicle needs to be tested for road worthiness. The 2 and 4 wheel switches on the dash does not light up if I want to activate it. The rear fog lights are also not working. What could be the problem for both issues? Could it be fuses? I need help urgently.

Regards
