driver side bumping issue

Default driver side bumping issue

ok so i have a 2000 chevy blazer 4wd whenever and only when i apply the brakes no matter the amount of pressure i apply with exception to almost no pressure there is a bump bump bump " " until i complete stop coming from the driver side of the vehicle i cannot tell whether it is rear of front and i can feel it in the brake pedal rotors and brakes have recently been replaced any concrete ideas as to what this issue is and a solution...
