Encoder Motor Install help
I am having a terrible time installing the encoder motor on my transfer case. I have moved the TC into 4HI which matches the encoder motor. Double checked it's the correct 7 pin unit for the 233 C (3 button) transfer case.
I am having a problem getting the unit to mate up to the actuator shaft. I have raised all four wheels off of the ground and rotated the drive shaft and the output shaft of the TC turns. The bolt hole will line up but there is a 3/8" of so gap from the Encoder motor being against the transfer case. I don't see any damage or corrosion to the fork.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
