Default floor shift 4x4 2000 chevy blazer

hey everyone! My names Caleb and I have a 2000 chevy blazer with an np236 transfer case, and I just want a straight answer on how to make it have manual floor shift 4x4. Im not apposed to swapping the transfer case if thats what i have to do, but Im really tired of stupid push button 4x4 and want something better. Nothing that I've looked up has had anything on how to do it or what parts I need and its quite frustrating. So if anyone knows how to do it then let me know, thanks.
