front brakes dragging! please help, I'm stumped on this one
I need some help, I just bought a 99 blazer with 156000 miles. It had been parked for 6 months in a guys yard. When we parked it everything was fine but when I started it up to move it the front brakes were locked. I bled the calipers and got them to release but as soon. as you hit the brakes they lock and won't release... I've replaced both calipers and master cylinder and no change, any help please, I'm lost on this one.

Odd that they would both fail at the same time, however, if you don't know the history, anything is possible. IF someone added ATF, and then bled the system, that could explain both going bad at the same time. ATF will attack and destroy rubber components in the brake hydraulic system, (master cylinder and the cover gasket, ABS unit, flex hoses, caliper seals, etc).
