Front end clunk when turning
2000 chevy blazer lt 4x4. I'm getting a clunking noise from the front end when I steer in either direction. It happens at lower speeds mostly but sometimes at moderate speeds. It seems to happen mostly when I turn a bit more agressively or quickly but even under those conditions it doesn't happen every time. Hopefully this is enough info, any ideas?
It is just a single clunk only when I turn
Could still be an axle, but more likely you have something like a ball joint worn out and it is shifting with a clunk when you turn. You'll need to get the front end up on jackstands and start trying to move things with a prybar until you find the loose component.
