Front end issues, 2001 Blazer
My 2001 Blazer (i just bought) had loose steering and a weaving in the front end when going over bumps on the road. In turns I had to continuously adjust the wheel to stay in the curve. I live in the Black Hills in South Dakota. I felt like I had no control over the front end and almost lost it on the interstate passing a camper in a very high crosswind. i was white knuckle drivin constantly. So second trip to the dealer shop they dug into her (been there 3 days now and they still have it) and replaced the idler arm, lower ball joints (2), all 4 shocks (found one bad) and did an alignment. Pitman arm tight. Not sure yet if it was 2 or 4 wheel alignment. I have a question...what is a rag joint and if I still have issues with it after i get it back what are the possibilities?

Welcome to forum & the search feature would have given you many answers. A rag joint is a joint in the steering column under the hood, it's to absorb some vibrations etc.
