Default Front end makes noises when wet need help diagnosing

On my 01 ZR2, I have this issue where when ever the front end gets wet (rain, puddles, garden hose) it makes noises when I turn and articulate the front suspension, it sounds like a loud thump and like something is slipping out of place, its hard to describe. Im not sure if its the CVs, bushings, some steering part or what.
