Default Front end noise like metal being flexed

After a long trip I start to get a noise out of my left front end that sounds like metal being flexed. I put the car up on a rack but everything seems tight. I changed shocks but that wasn't the answer. Anyone ever experience this? I have a 2002 4 door, 4wd with 96000 miles.

Can you reproduce the noise if its on the ground and you rock the vehicle? I have a front end noise (from my sway bar) that I can only reproduce under very light rocking.
