Default Front left vibration

So I have read through a few threads on here and it sounds like i have a problem with a bearing or ball joint, but just wanted to get a few more opinions.

I am noticing a vibration/rubbing from the front left side, but only when turning right. As soon as the wheel straightens out or i turn left, it the noise is gone. I don't hear any grinding, sounds more like the tire is rubbing (though i checked and it's not). Could also be explained as the sound mud tires make, but only here it when tuning in the one direction. I haven't had a chance to jack it up yet, but what is the first thing i should check.

Also, what kind of damage could be caused if it is not fixed soon. Doesn't seem bad at all, just a minor rubbing.

Thanks for reading

if its getting louder when you turn right, my best guess would be the drivers side bearing is going. because when you turn right the left wheel is turning faster than the right so i would check the left wheel bearing and cv axle and go from there.

Thanks war00. What kind of damage do you expect could happen if i put a few hundred more k on it? I can fix most problems at my friends place a few hours from where I live. I have no tools or garage where i'm at, so will have to take to a shop if it is necessary to fix immediately
