Default Frozen Shackle Bolt

Hey guys and gals. I went to swap for some 2" lift shackles today and ran into a snag. The bottom bolt on either side refuse to come out. I can turn them if I apply excessive force, but nothing I've done can get them to back out at all. I've applied a lot of liquid wrench to the area, banged at it with a hammer, got someone else to turn it while I banged it with a hammer, etc. Nothing will get it to even think about coming out.

Pretty sure if I use a propane torch it'll ruin the bushing, but is that the only way to get it out?

Oh, and yes, there was no load on the bolt from the leafs, this was after taking the top bolts out so the shackle wasn't connected to the frame.

Use the torch. We had to burn 3 of mine out when we put my shackles on.

Torch it is then. Do I need to go ahead and get new bushings before I torch the bolts out or will they survive the heat?

You're gonna need new bolts and bushings, I had to drill out my old bushings
