Default Going to crank Tbars soon, alignment questions

On my Ram when I did the Coils pacers all I had to adjust was the Tow, which I did with a measuring tape some wrenching, and some chalk, and all was good. But On the blazer being IFS I'm guessing I will have to adjust the camber as well. How is this done? Does it need to be done? only going 1.5" T-bar to clear my 31's and there isn't a hell of a lot of tread on them anyways, would it be safe until I get new tires and have them do the free alignment?
