Alright how do I take car of thes things? I got the uppers replaced on bother sides and closed down for the day but before that I looked over the parts and the old joints and they don't seem to be like the 4WD LBJ's. Anyone know how I am supposred to replace these? The look like they are pressed in or something but I don't know. HELP Please.

The only information you gave is that you have a 2wd.
What year?
More info is better.

Yes they are pressed in. You can hammer them out but I use a ball joint press so as not to damage the lower control arm. A ball joint press also allows you to press the new joint into place without damaging the joint or the control arm.

Thanx for the help, I got the brakes, upper and lower ball joints, and the idler arm done and the thing rode 100X better. Now she just needs an alignment and she should be all set to go.

But damn do these things eat suspension parts, the thing only has about 50-55k on it and it toasted the idler are completely and the ball joints were all pretty bad and on their way out.
