Ok, I just installed a custom made 3 inch body lift on my '94 4 door. I welded an extension on my gear shift (its an automatic), moved all my lines and stuff, but i didn't readjust the steering rod. My problem is that the rod is long enough, but the angle was thrown off at the joint because the upper part (towards the firewall) doesn't move, and the bottom part did. i would really like to fix it by tom. or the end of this week at the latest. PLEASE HELP!!!

Had this problem with my 86 samurai had to cut the steering rod and add in a drop bar to make the angle correct. Im not sure how well it would work for a daily driver or if theres a kit for this? If not make sure you weld in bracers on both angles for support. They will twist apart if you just weld the joints.
