Default Help with Sway Bar Bushings

Hey ya'll,

Have 127,000 miles on my original front Sway Bar Bushings.
The bushing look 'OK' and seem tight by visual inspection.

Should I consider changing the bushings based on this milage?

What can I realistically expect the difference to be in handling if I change the front sway bar bushings for new ones ??

Asked another way.....What are the signs and symptoms of worn front sway bar bushings??

appreciate your help !!
