So i bought my truck about a year ago and the 4 wheel drive didn't work. at first we put a new cable that links the vacuum pump to the transfer case and now it makes a really bad grinding noise and wont stop doing it until i disconnect the cable. Ive heard it may be the encoder motor but i really have no clue and thoughts about it would really help thanks!
