Default High Speed Rubbing Noise

I have a 2002 blazer Zr2. I have noise coming from the front passenger side. It happens when I hit a high speed and slightly turn the wheel. it sounds like a rubbing noise. I've replaced the cv axle, lower ball joint, upper control arm, stabilizer links, outer tie rod brakes, hub assembly , and it still happens. I put it in 4wd and the noise goes away and then back into 2wd and it stops until I hit high speeds again. Any ideas or advice on what to do?
