Default Horn issue

Hey all. New to the site. have a 96 blazer LT. I searched high on this and am coming up goose-egg. My horn works but...only when you push the upper left corner of the pad. You have to mash it pretty hard. The right side pad there is no give or space. So, the clockspring is probably not the issue nor the contacts. Does this thing have the plunger thingy with the spring? If so, where do I find one? Part number would be awesome. Or, is there and adjustment nut or something?
I probably wont do the job as the airbag thing makes me nervous. Thanks in advance.
