Default Hub bearing question

I've changed my tires recently and the guy told me that I need new front upper and lower joints. However, for the past 3 days I've been hearing this werid noise seems like it's coming from the front and my mechanic told today that the noise could be a bad hub bearing and I mentioned the ball joint thing and he said it could be that too. Any ideas?>

Can you describe the "wierd" noise?
If it's a humming type noise and it's worse with speed and going around corners, it's probably a hub bearing.
If you hear it when you turn left, it's probably the right side bearing, if you hear it when you turn right, it's the left side bearing.

yes it's and it kinda disappear once I speed! maybe because I got an exhaust system but yeah it gets loudbetween 25 to 40 I could alsofeel a lil vibration too it seems more like the right side because I had bad ball joints on that side too. However tonight when I was driving I heared ticking noise coming from the front whenever I accelerate also seems to be the front right side.
