humming noise

Default humming noise
I have a 2dr 2000 blazer and it 4x4. when im driving over 50mph, if i turn slightly right or left, there is humming noise coming from the front tires and little vibration but if i go straight no noise. i am not sure what is wrong with the blazer. plz help

the problem ended up being my ball joints
