Default Loud clunk out of 4hi

Always something new. 3 button.
Hey, I just replaced my vac actuator and now theres a loud 'clunk' as it drops back to unlocked from 4 to 2. Sound is on pass side and the clunk is almost a bang.
Any ideas?
Thank's everybody.

Mines always had a clunk to it when the transfer case shifted. I thought it was normal?

i get the same thing. almost like you hit a pot hole some times. havent had any problems. i grabbed my bosses Ford 350 with and e-xcase and it does the same thing on his. bangs/clunks coming out of 4wd and back to 2 wheel. once his did it, i figured there is no point in worrying about mine. just make sure that there is fluid in it and you should be fine.

Yup, 4wd works, have used it a few times this winter.
4wd worked on the blazer too. The only time I have ever heard a clunk, is if I was in 2wd, got stuck while going up a hill, and put it into 4 wheel while on the incline (that was in the blazer)
