My truck sounds and feels like crap. I need some advice on what I should do/replace to have a nice solid suspension without any rattle or noise. I want it to feel like when you buy a newtruck. I don't off road but still want a reliable suspension...

 

well, shocks will firm it up.
could do add a leaf on the rear to pick up the slack
new torsion bars....maybe.

you dont tell us what your working on....so its hard to say outside of the generic.
