Question Need Some Help - Front End Noise

I have a '91 Jimmy (V series fullsize) 4 WD. When I turn fully at slow speeds the front end makes significant noise. The brake calipers, pads and rotors are new so I'm thinking either a hub/wheel bearing issue or perhaps ball joints. The tires are wearing fine. The hubs spin freely and quietly when turned by hand.

I would appreciate your insights. Thanks.

If it's only a turning issue and there's no noise going straight, my first thought would be CV joints.

Well is a squeaking or clicking noise??? Squeaking I would say ball joints. If it is a clicking noise I would say CV's.
