No 4lo and nothing over 2k RPM.
I went wheeling this weekend in the Blazer. I took the truck out on Saturday to make sure everything was working. Discovered no 4WD, so I went home and checked all the vacuum hoses and actuator. Found a huge crack in the main going to the actuator, so I replaced it and now had 4hi, but still no 4lo. Ran out of time, so I took it.
I bought some used 30" Maxxis Big Horns over my Firestone Destination A/Ts. I am so glad that I decided to switch.
While wheeling, in 4hi, I couldn't get the motor to rev over 2k. And I noticed that the front wheels wouldn't engage or start pulling until I was at about 1200 RPM, so had a limited power range.
The truck got hot while wheeling, and on the drive home, it would hesitate and not accelerate, kind of like my MAF sensor was fouling up (which I cleaned and fixed before) but wasn't throwing any warning lights.
Also, I broke 2 wheel studs on the back driver's side and the other 3 lugs were loose. Drove 15 miles to O'reilly and got 5 new studs and replaced them in the parking lot. Heck of a nice guy behind the counter helped me knock the rotor loose. Got them in and the tire back on and wheeled all day with no wheel issues.
It rained for about an hour, and the trails got slick and a little muddy, but the Blazer handled EVERYTHING I threw at it. Climbed stuff that I figured I'd get stuck on. I only got caught on the center of a rut when I slipped off the birm. My buddy had to pull me off and then back to wheeling!
