I have an 01 blazer 4.3 4door. The vehicle has been sitting for approx 3 months. The lights on the dash mounted switch are not illuminated. It's in 2 hi rite now but I live 1 mile off main road and use hi and lo range daily. IV checked all fuses and none blown. Also no interior lights work. All dash lights work. All dash istraments work. Help please thank you for your time.

Do you have a 3-button (2hi, 4hi, 4lo) or 4-button (2hi, 4hi, 4lo, Auto-4wd) model?

As a start search for repairs and checks to the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM). It is easy to replace and check as it lives behind the right kick-panel. There is also a transfer case solenoid that can break but I'm not familiar with that. The control switch can be bad too.

If you need to disengage the front axle, you can disconnect the vacuum hose to the front axle actuator and plug it as a temporary fix if you need to go on pavement with it.

Check ATC fuse in underhood relay center and 4WD fuse in the left dash fuse block with a test light. Report back please, along with 3-button or 4-button (auto 4WD) switch.
