Default no 4x4 with new actuator

my truck is a 96 blazer LT 4x4

this past week i switched out my input shaft seal on my transfer case because it was bad. also switched my vacuum switch cause that was letting transmission fluid into my vacuum system. i know this because it is in my HVAc system and i have no control over my blower where it comes out. while i had my transfer case out i decided to take a shop vac and try and vacuum my lines free from the fluid. i am not sure if this might have damaged the lines somehow or if i need to replace all my lines? i read somewhere that the new vacuum switch on the transfer case might be slightly different than the old one and i would need to make the lines fit tighter somehow but either way i am frustrated because i would like to have 4x4. i enjoy it!!!!

by the way i had just replaced my actuator recently because it went bad. almost as if it started melting so i got a new one and it worked right as rain. i know something changed from when i had my car apart but idk what.

any help is appreciated. i just hate all the vacuum lines in this damn car!!!!!

i ended up having to order my switch from the dealer because all the auto parts stores had looked identical but leaked when installed...funny enough, the part was 3 dollars cheaper though the dealer. does your 4x4 not work at all, can you hear the transfer case clunking (clunking means its working), and how many buttons is your 4x4 switch.
