No vacuum at actuator
Well like the lost says I have no vacuum at the actuator.I haven't been able to get my truck into 4x4 its a 2000 blazer.I replaced the switch checked the actuator its self&the t case is fine.Today I pulled the vacuum off of the actuator&had someone engage the 4x4&iy wont pull any vacuum any ideas please?
So you cannot pull a vacuum on the actuator yourself? If so, then the actuator is torn and needs to be replaced. If you are not getting vacuum to the actuator, but are getting vacuum at the t-case switch, then you have a problem with the vacuum line running from the switch to the actuator.
Ok so this is gonna make me sound pretty stupie I'm sure but...one of the hose to the switch which I thought went to the actuator broke when I tugged on it so did the one on the actuator. Now I'm not sure if these are the same ones are not. Also on the passenger side right before&above the cat there's aY Shaped fitting for the vac lines&one of them only have a small part of hose left on so I'm not sure of It coulda been a part that broke off,or where it goes.I also noticed the other day there is a piece of hose coming off the top of tue tranny close to the tcase?????thought maybe a vent but there's no filter.
