Noise issue under hood

Noise issue under hood
I have a 2002 Blazer, makes a high pitched sqeaky noise under hood when started (still and driving). Took to auto mechanic. said was serp.belt and tensioner. He replaced both, I paid, no noise, went home, got up this morning, noise is back, any ideas.
