Default Part cracked what is it??

Ok so recently i was doing my front brakes and as i was looking underneath the truck i saw this part that was cracked and worn. What is this part and should i replace it? Thanks

That's your bump stop. Easy replacement..it's held on by a single bolt to a captured nut on the top side of the frame.

mine have been completly ruined for three years now.... i have never had it bottom out but my blazer is lowered 3 inches so it pretty much sits on them....
